HermmyGranger Posted September 5, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2017 I'm a bit confused on how the Open Seating works. Obviously I know we can just show up at any time and wait for an available table, but for some reason from reading various threads it looks like you can also make reservations for a specific time? Is this true or am I misreading?
Stratheden Posted September 5, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2017 You can make a booking for the next three nights if you find a table that you like that has not been booked by someone else. We were able to book a table for two for the whole cruise with the waiters that we liked. If you have a group and just athe two of you your can do this. After three days, book it again. Krazy Kruizers Posted September 5, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2017 Times are restricted as to when you can make the reservations. Most ships allow reservations for times between 5:15 - 6:15 and 7:30 - 9. Check with the dining room manager when you get on the ship as to the reservation times on your ship. Rare Gail & Marty sailing away Posted September 5, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 5, 2017 On some cruises you could make a reservation and it works.
