Drink upgrade confirmation

Our PCC contacted us a few weeks ago, and we accepted an offer to upgrade to one of the beverage packages. By looking online at our account, I haven't been able to confirm that this has been done. Is there somewhere on the HAL web page that should show this? I know I can contact our PCC for confirmation, but she already told me it has been done. Just would like to verify online.

Ask her to send you a copy of your invoice, as it will show on there. The On Board Credit is usually on page 1 and the other perks on one of the other pages.

Your agent has received an e-mail confirming your purchase. You should definitely ask for a copy so avoid any problem when on board.

We did the same for our upcoming cruise and our PCC added the explore 4 to our booking. I could not see the explore 4 anywhere on the reservation and asked then received a confirmation email. It proved unnecessary because once I could print my cruise documents it was listed on them. This approach still gives you 50 days to resolve the issue should you find it is not on your documents.
