ANOTHER drink Question

I saw on a different thread (Yeah I tried to "search", but can't find it) that there was a discount card available where you could purchase 10 mixed drinks at a fixed rate (I'm not sure 10 is the correct number). I thought it saved you about a buck per drink, unless you didn't use the whole thing, but that would be less than bright.

 

Has anyone else heard of this?

The Alcohol cards are no longer offered on RCI, except for group cruises of 16 or more people, and even then ALL members of the group must purchase them in order for One person toget them!

Actually, I'm not surprised you couldn't find it in a search. They did away with the card several years ago. I'd like to see something like that in the future.

Actually I did finally find where I had seen that information. It was from a 'google' search I had done and found a review for my ship from Feb. 2003 (I never thought to look at the date....my bad). Thanx for all the answers!

 

It did sound like a nice deal though, the reviewer stated

If you want fancy drinks or wine, you should buy the 12 drink card for $39.00 plus 15% gratuity.

at $3.75 per drink (incl tip), I think both RCCL and I could be happy!
