Lunch at Chops or Portifinos on Jewel of the SEas

I have seen some posts and reviews saying that lunch is offered at Chops and Portifinos for a $10.00 cover per person on the Jewel. Any recent cruisers know if this is still available? On the Voyager class ships we've only seen the specialty restaurants open for dinner. Thank you in advance! :)

They were not open during our Jewel Thanksgiving cruise recently...only for dinner
