Montego Bay, any island tours?

We have been to Ocho Rios and used Peat Taylor several times but never Montego Bay. We have 1 couple going with us this time that have never been to Jamaica and would like to do an island tour. I know Dunns River Falls is over 2 hours away but is there anything like an island tour in Montego Bay?
