Best way to facetime?

We are booked in November on the Valor and I was curious what would be the best way to call home? This isnt our first cruise, but last time we went to a port restaurant and they had wifi that we used to facetime our kiddos. This time we dont plan on getting off the ship but I'd still like to facetime and see our older girls and our 9mo baby :-/. I've heard the internet packages are not great, would we do better to contact our cell phone providor and see about data usage in Mexico?

***disregard, I checked our att plan and evidently we are able to use wireless and data in mexico as part of our plan. I'm not sure how to delete this thread..
