Post Cruise Flight - LGA - 11:35 From Manhattan Port

Looking at sailing on the Insignia in Aug (Manhattan port). We are looking at a Fri. post cruise flight at 11:35 from LGA. Is that enough time? Thanks.

If you were arriving on Saturday or Sunday when traffic is typically lighter I would say yes, but not on Friday. There's a massive construction project underway at LGA that can cause traffic delays within the airport and sometimes even spilling over to the highway leading to LGA . That combined with weekday traffic makes 11:35 too risky, IMO.

There have been nightmare stories of people getting out of cars and walking with their luggage to the terminal -- which is not a particularly short distance from the road. True, I haven't seen any of these stories recently. But I wouldn't risk it.

Just to get crosstown from the far Westside to any bridge or the midtown tunnel could take one hour or more.
