mafiadon Posted October 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2017 I found Carnival Gift cards at Lowes and wanted to get them but was wondering if you can apply them to your sail and sign card on line or do you have to do it once you are on the ship. Was just trying to save myself time from standing in line once we get on the ship. Thanks for any help. Linda

Linda You can use them to prepurchase cheers etc from the fun shop but can’t be added to sign and sail ahead of time. There is a kiosks onboard you can use instead of guest services Sent from my iPhone using Forums
mdsgu Posted October 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2017 The only way to apply them beforehand would be to purchase CruiseCash in the Fun Shops. The only caveat (I've heard) is that CruiseCash is nonrefundable. You either use it while onboard or you lose it.
rachella Posted October 11, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 11, 2017 I added my gift cards to my sail and sign during checkin (when they take your pic) just prior to getting on the ship. That was back in May in NOLA. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

timeinthesand Posted October 12, 2017 #6 Share Posted October 12, 2017 If you use the kiosk be patient. Sometimes it says balance is zero, don't panic. Keep trying or take it to guest services
