Cruise Care Ins - Discount on cruise or air?

We just were ready our "Custom Air Confirmation" email I received last March. The last paragraph states " If you purchased Cruise Care Vation Protection, confirmation of this item may have changed the rate for your booking. Contact Reservations Dept of Celebrity Cruise Lines.

So I called Reservations & asked them what it meant. They have no idea.

Anyone here, since Lori is on a cruise.....
