joeyjeremiah Posted October 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2017 So our cruise has been rerouted to Point-A-Pitre for January of 2018 because of some hurricane itinerary changes. There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on this port. I understand that it is French and we will need Euros but otherwise what are some things we can do for the day. I am travelling with DH, DS (13), and M-I-L. We have a few beach days planned but would consider another one if there is a good beach around otherwise what is there for excursions, the ship doesn't have much and I didn't see much on trip advisor. Grego Posted October 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 29, 2017 I agree with your posting.....not much conversation regarding Guadeloupe. Our Princess ship is scheduled to be there this December and they haven't posted any tours yet. We live in Florida, so another beach day isn't what we need. What we do want is a "Whitman's Sampler" tour of the island with some really good photo ops and maybe we just need to find a good taxi at the port whose English is better than mine. joeyjeremiah Posted October 29, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted October 29, 2017 I won’t be there until early February if you don’t mind posting anything you discover while there I’d appreciate it as there isn’t much available. I’ve looked at trip advisor a bit and msc just posted tour options for it this week for our cruise. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
