sequincruiser Posted October 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Hi. I am currently an emerald member but haven't cruised with RCI for a couple of years. Is there a time limit on keeping my emerald membership by which I mean do I lose it if I don't cruise with them for a number of years (how many?) or do I keep the emerald status for ever more? I couldn't find an answer on the C&A site and feel sure that I have read somewhere that if you don't cruise for 2 years you lose your status, but that seems a bit harsh. Biker19 Posted October 22, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Unlike airline/hotels your status does not go away without use. The only cruise line loyalty program that I heard has a time limit is the status matched Black card at MSC which you have to use every three years. Currently no expiration on cruise points.
