Balcony...mini-suite

We are new to ncl. We are booked in a mini suite. In reading these boards it appears that there is not much different from balcony to mini suite? What about a spa mini suite?

I have had a balcony and mini suite on the jewel class ships. Yes, they were identical with the exception of a little bit more room and a few more drawers.

IMO I would not pay extra to do a mini suite again if it was only the 2 of us.

It depends on the ship what the differences are. On some ships it is mostly a larger bathroom (worth it to me, maybe not to some others), on some ships there also is a larger balcony, curtain between the bed and sofa area, and/or possibly a tub. What ship are you thinking of sailing on? A spa mini-suite is a mini-suite near the spa that comes with spa passes for first two adults. You can buy spa passes separately even if you don't have a spa cabin.
