Chiapas Off Port Schedule

Chiapas apparently has been taken off the list as a Mexican port. It seems that Puerto Vallarta is the substitute. Our cruise in December still lists Chiapas.

 

Will Princess notify us of port changes before we sail or not until we are under way?

We always get email whenever there are port changes. You will be notified since shore excursions also need to be updated.

If your itinerary has been changed, check the important notices part of the Personalizer to see if a notification there.

I can't seem to find the "personalizer" I can find my account but nothing about messages. Am I doing something incorrectly?
