Room Arrangement Preferences: Two "Together" Options?

I've wondered this for a while. What's the difference between One Set Together and Together/Both Together options within my room arrangement preferences?

it is a generic question to cover rooms with only one set of beds (one set together) as well as suites or larger rooms where there may be more.

Plus, it really doesn't matter on Royal much anymore. Most times they ignore the preference and the beds are together. They separate the beds upon request.
