Thermal Spa Question

I was booked in the H9 (spa suite) and was just upgraded today to the H2 for our trip leaving Saturday. My original cabin had the Thermal Spa and I know that I won't have that now in the OS unless we pay for it, which we are happy to do!

But it's not available anymore online. Does that mean it's sold old? Or do they usually hold some for sale onboard? Did I luck out in getting an OS, only to loose the Thermal Spa that DH and I were both looking forward to?

It could be sold out, since your in the Haven check with your butler or concierge before or soon after boarding

why not just call the customer service number and ask if they are still available?

Second this - we sail Escape in 70-ish days and Thermal Spa has not been showing for sale for at least 10 days now. However when I called they said no problem.

They will sell more on-board, but they are $20 pp cheaper before you sail.

My sailing is nearly a year away - I still check my NCL account every few days just to see updates. Last week, the Thermal Spa Pass was showing up (listed as TO SOON TO BOOK, just as nearly everything else is too).. This week - Gone! 42 other spa options, but that one is now missing.
