Lifestyle Serenity VIP vs La Casa en La Playa

We are headed to Amber Cove in about a year, so starting to check out excursions. I'm thinking that we are going to do a beach day in Amber Cove and we wanted to do one of the all-inclusives at a beach. It looks like Lifestyle Serenity and La Casa en La Playa are the 2 closest to what we are looking for-has anyone spent the day on either of these excursions?

We had booked Lifestyle Serenity but after reading new reviews we changed to La Casa, everything I read about La Casa was good.

These are two we have been looking at as well for our May 2018 trip. We'd like a beach day, even though I hear that the beaches on this side are not the white sand, crystal blue water like the caribbean. Anyone out there done either of these?
