Tour kiosk near floating bridge

I've read in couple of places bits and pieces about a tour company that's just past the floating bridge offering tours of the island which include the liquor distillery and beach for $15. Anyone know the name of this company and the hours? I'll be in port from 1:30 to 10, trying to find out if the tour would be offered given that it's mid day and also what time the tour might leave. Hoping to do some souvenir shopping before as the shops close at 6 unless there is a place near the ship that stays open longer. Thanks!

I think that is the one I used 2 weeks ago.  I am mad at myself for not getting their name.  They were right there at the end of the bridge.  Nadia was our guide and her brother Norman was our bus driver.  Small bus with only about 16 people.
