They usually try to make the "formal" dining nights on sea days but not always due to the itinerary (e.g. on a six day if the last day is a sea day, it will not be a formal night). I am pretty sure the first sea day will be one as well as the HMC port stop day (I only mention that because the scheduled departure from HMC on your itinerary is 4PM).
