SeaMeCruisin Posted November 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Have seen multiple stories on this, just wondering are there are any recent cruisers who know for sure: can a drone be taken on Carnival crises? Have heard no and have also heard they could be taken as long as they weren't used on the ship. Anyone know for sure? Thorncroft Posted November 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 11, 2017 You can bring it on the ship, but you can't fly it from the ship.
beachbum53 Posted November 11, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 11, 2017 I've read that you need to check to see if there are any restrictions at each of the ports you'll be visiting regarding drones. Some ports (not sure which ones) have banned their use. It will take a bit of research (probably on Google) to find out where drones are and are not allowed. DebOinKC Posted November 12, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 12, 2017 We were on the Conquest last month and at Half Moon Cay someone was flying a drone. My husband was SO jealous, he really wanted to take his on our cruise.

salty dingo Posted January 2, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 2, 2018 Drones are right up there with fishing poles. Fine to bring, just don't use it while you are on the ship.
