DO any of the stores in Amber cove actually sell (good quality )amber? Any recommendations?

Amber can be found in the DR, but I don't know how it compares to Baltic amber. If you want tips on testing for real amber, let me know. Personally, in the DR I would be inclined to look for larimar.

No, they don’t. If you’ve been to the port in Cozumel it’s very much the same.. but smaller. Touristy stuff made in China or Mexico.

 

I didn’t see ANY Amber for sale last year
