Budget “fast break” service at Port Canaveral, location?

I just rented a car through budget after my cruise ends at Port Canaveral. Many of the reviews of budget are complaining about long lines and long waits to rent a car.

 

I signed up for budget’s fastbreak service which supposedly lets you skip the line, pick up your car, and be on your way.

 

Can anyone verify that the Port Canaveral location indeed has fastbreak service? Has anyone been successful in using it? Thank you!
