BRcruisinguy Posted November 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2017 Hello! Me and my SO are going on the Diadema from Barcelona on march 12th, and we have a choice between the restaurants Adularia and Fiorentino (1st or 2nd floor). What are the differences between them and which one should we choose? Thanks for the input!
tenpin Posted November 14, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2017 There is really little difference between the two restaurants, Adularia is mid-ships & usually given to cabins forward, Fiorentino is aft, the upper deck is overlooking the lower which gives you a chance to people watch those below, the upper deck is therefore quieter, however the lower deck gives the best view if they hold an Italian night where the crew perform .their dance/song routine. Although you will only be given a table number once on board, normally with others speaking your language, you may check this out to where is situated & if not to your taste try to get it changed by the Maître D' with no guarantee on other tables being available. Although it is a long time since we ate in the MDR we did prefer the upper deck as it does allow slightly more chance of hearing those across the table from you. Enjoy the Diadema we have two booked on her this winter.
