Rare chasinraynbowz Posted November 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2017 It's been about 2 years since we did the Chef's Table. Does anyone have a recent menu? We are going on the Triumph in January to celebrate my hubby's 60th birthday. I thought it would be fun to do again. Thanks!!!

I Luv Crusin Posted November 14, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2017 Yeah, I've had the current menu 3 times. Each experience is different although the food is the same. To me a "chef's table" should have a unique menu and chef's choice not a canned menu from headquarters.
Rare chasinraynbowz Posted November 14, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted November 14, 2017 Lesley, I agree and don't want to do it again if it is the same. We both enjoyed dinner that night, but would like to try something different. Thanks!!
philbast Posted January 31, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 31, 2018 We did the chef's table on the Carnival Miracle a couple of years ago. As a dedicated foodie, I must say it was too over-the-top, unfortunately to the meal's detriment. Each course had three or four competing flavors and although everything was expertly prepared, nothing was harmonious and everything felt rich for the sake of being rich. The current menu posted in this thread looks a lot more restrained/refined, and a lot better. We're doing Chef's Table on the Splendor in a couple of months. I'll post back afterwards to share how it was. Does anyone remember if wine pairings are included (or available) with the meal?

They weren't necessarily "pairings" but they had red and white wine available all night, then they did pair a port wine with the dessert. I did this menu in November 2017 and it was PHENOMENAL! tdanielwalden Posted February 7, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 7, 2018 How often does the Chef's Table menu change? My wife and I are on Fantasy in June and I'm wondering if this menu is likely to be the same.
