Stockholm hotels

We will be sailing out of Stockholm in September and would like suggestions on favorite hotels. I have read about the Victory Hotel....Anyone stay there? Thanks

Try the Nordic Sea Hotel, Vasaplan 4. Very Scandinavian and very comfortable.It also has the famous Ice Bar ! Otherwise, any of the Radissons are excellent too.

Thanks for the response Marge M. Are The Nordic Ses and Radissons located near Old Town? It seems like a good location (area) to be based.

Hi there,

 

The nearest one to the Old Town is the Radisson Strand. It's walkable from there.It's located right on the edge of the water in a beautiful setting. Stockholm is a wonderful city. The sailing in and out of the city is one of the highpoints of any cruise and must not be missed!!! You will have a lovely time.
