Question about Harmony MDR Menus

With so many different itineraries for Harmony, I've pretty much given up on knowing for sure which MDR menu will be on which night of our Harmony cruise in April. I'm wondering though - will the entire week's MDR menus be available when we board? We want to do specialty dining 2 nights, so ideally l'd like to see the week's MDR menus and then head to make our specialty reservations soon after we board. Might we be able to do that? Or are MDR menus only released day by day? Thanks!

The ppecialty restaurants should be able to show you MDR menus for the entire cruise.
