Deluxe package on HOTS

I did a little research and I think that most of the premium drinks on HOTS are $13? The package say's it covers up to $12, but it covers premium cocktails.

So my question is, will it cover the premium drinks on HOTS, even though they are $13?

Yes, the Deluxe package will cover the vast majority of premium cocktails.
