Is anyone having trouble trying to book a tour on this site? I haven't been able to get the website to work. I even called and no one is picking up.

Same here. Been trying online all morning. Haven't tried calling yet as didn't want to from the UK if I don't need to. Sent them a message via their FB page but no response.

Their website is down. I ended up calling. Took about 20 minutes to get through to a person. I was able to book my tour.

Glad you have got sorted. I've had a reply to my FB message just now and they are hoping the website will be working again later.

I've tried calling and got a busy signal on several tries. I'll wait a bit and see if either the website is working or their phone line is less swamped.

Website is working now, but when I try to book, it isn't giving me the sale price. There's a place to put in a promotional code, but I don't see a code to enter.

I called them and booked. While on the phone, I also got the promotional code so others can book on line. I did a test booking far enough to check that it works. The code is:

 

CBM

 

Put that in the form and you should be able to book on line now.

Oh I've seen it on their website in several places since last week, that's odd. At least you have got your reservation sorted.

I just booked via Web and no issues. So thankful for this page and to save a few bucks :)
