Suggestions wanted: Non-beach, Non-bar activities/tours in St. Thomas

St. Thomas will be our 4th port day in a row, so I think I'd like to skip the beach and do something else. We're only in port from 7am to 1pm, so it's a short day. I'm considering just staying on the ship, but that wouldn't help contribute to the economy of the island, post-hurricane. Most questions I'm seeing in this forum seem to be about beaches, but what other tours or activities will be up and running by Dec. 9th?

He new pirate/shipwreck museum is very interesting if you like history. Lots of interactive exhibits and actual shipwreçk recovered items.

At least one botanical garden is open and offering tours.

Flavors of St Thomas is offering food tours.

Caribbean Historical Tours is another option.
