Pre-booking dining packages and determining date & time

I’m looking in our RCL cruise planner for our upcoming trip in May and see some interesting dining package deals. We like to go to a “special” restaurantat least a couple of times on a cruise.

 

 

We have signed up for “My Time dining” as we typically plan our meals on the fly (based on shore excursions or evening shows. When I go into select one of these packages it asks you for a date and time … not sure if we know when we would like to go yet.

 

 

Is there a way to get a “voucher” instead and book once on board?

The dining package is only asking for a date/time for the first restaurant. All other reservations (including changing the first restaurant) must be done on board.
