Can't get to my cruise planner--any suggestions

Been trying to get into my cruise planner for my upcoming Anthem cruise without any success. Able to log to RCL's website and into my 'my cruise" section, but when I click onto the cruise planner, I get an error "The Web Page Cannot Be Found." Tried multiple times without any success. Is it my computer/program or is it an RCL's issue.

Try using a different browser. I often have trouble with Royal’s website when using Chrome- Firefox seems to be less buggy for me. It may just be the site having temporary issues too.

Thank, will try. Never had an issue using IE. I would think that if my browser was the issue, I would not get into RCL's website.

Also try private browsing mode and clearing cache and cookies.

Bob, thanks. Logged "in private" mode and it worked like a charm. Learn something new every day. Now if I could only hit the lottery.:D
