excursions help !!!

My fiance and I are going on the Pride for our honeymoon. We are adventureous and want to get info on the best excursions while in PV, M & C. We heard about renting a jeep in PV and snorkleing in Cabos..also what is the Randi's horses??? any advice would be wonderful!!
