radiancecruiser Posted December 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 14, 2017 We will be visiting Bangkok in February 2018 as one of our ports of call on Mariner of the Seas. It will be an overnight stop at Laem Chabang. My hubby and I are interested in visiting the Branch Office of Jehovah's Witnesses in Bangkok. Would anyone be able to recommend how to organize private transport from the ship to the specific address, and back to the ship at the end of the day? (As it is an overnight stop, we won't need to be back by a specific time....) Any information would be greatly appreciated. jkgourmet Posted August 28, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 28, 2018 Radiance, I agree that checking with the church might be a good idea. I would strongly suggest asking this on the trip advisor forum for bangkok. Give them the address for the church AND the info for the exact location of the cruise port. Your subject line should say something like "how to get from Laem Chabang port to xxx street in Bangkok ". Be specific and those guys are a great resource. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g293916-i3687-Bangkok.html It's two hours from the port to bangkok, correct? I'd suggest you consider staying in the city overnight so you can actually do some touring AND visit the branch office.
