Santaa Posted December 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 17, 2017 Question we will be boarding next November and we are both Platinum. One in our party is not Platinum. Will they be allowed to board with us or will they need the FTTF ? Has anyone experienced this before? I also posted this on port Canaveral the port we are departing from knowing all ports do things a little different for customers.
firemanbobswife Posted December 17, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 17, 2017 Unless they are in the same cabin they will not be able to board with you. Even with FTTF, they will wait in a separate area and board after you. The only exception is if they are minors in a different cabin.
NavarreCruiser Posted December 17, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 17, 2017 It really depends on the port personnel. Two weeks ago we boarded the Carnival Fantasy in Mobile. We sailed with my housemate Sandy's younger daughter and her fiancee on their first cruise. We intended to go through the normal boarding process. One of the line attendants saw the priority logo on our boarding passes and offered to put us in the faster line. Sandy explained we were cruising with non priority first timers. He said "Well today you are all priority" and off we all went. Melissa and Trevor were duly impressed at the long lines we passed.
tncruisergurl Posted December 17, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 17, 2017 This past June we went with a group. 8 people with 4 cabins. On cabin was platinum and the other 2 had faster to the fun. My husband and I had neither and we had to wait. That was in New Orleans. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
