Transportation to Golf course in Jamaica

We are porting in Falmouth Jamaica and plan to play golf at White Witch. We need transportation to the course since it isn't listed as an excursion. It is better to book ahead or wait until we get to the dock and get a cab? Which one has a better rate?

but in general the taxi service in JA is regulated and reliable and trustworthy ....

My DH is planning to also play White Witch in April. How was your experience getting there and back to the ship? Was there plenty of time to play 18 holes? What was the condition of the course? Was it worth it?
