Aurea Spa Questions

We'll be hitting the Seaside on March 17 and this will be our first time cruising with MSC. A few questions about some of the inclusions with our Aurea package:

 

1. I know we'll get a free massage with our package. Which ones listed on the website as add-ons are options? Or is the included massage not listed?

 

2. I've never gotten a massage in my life, much less on a cruise ship. I assume like most extra services a tip for the worker would be appropriate? If so, how much?

 

3. I know we have access to the thermal spa. I believe I've seen we get access to a sauna, cold room, and large hot tub. What else would be included with that thermal spa access?

 

I've sailed on about 13 cruises but it's fun to start fresh with a new line. Thanks in advance for your help!

Make sure you go directly to the spa on boarding, you can chose a one hour massage the slots book up fast.
