I have been on the Conquest 3 times the last being in 2016 and I do not ever recall seeing the Bonsai being on this ship. I am getting old and forget things. lol

I was on the Conquest earlier this month and they have the pay-per-item sushi now. It is at the window on Lido, opposite the deli.

We had our lunch there on embarcation day and were pleased with the quality and the price. The selection is not huge, but they make good sushi.
