Park Cafe hours (on Oasis-class ships)

Just booked Symphony for way, way, way out. But, I already have a question. I sort of remember on both Oasis and Harmony that Park Cafe (in Central Park) closed in the afternoon. However, I've seen posts where they discuss dinner being served there. Can someone confirm what the normal operating hours are for Park Cafe? I ask because I booked a balcony stateroom behind it and I'm unsure about noise/smells.
