Hawaii shore excursions

We're traveling next July on the Pride of America. I've been hoping to look at the list of available shore excursions (I know it's 7 months away :)), but we're curious as to what's available. Not to mention knowing how many couch cushions to raid to pay for all our excursions and such. Does anyone know how soon before a cruise that NCL makes the excursions list available?

Next to the Pride of America, click on the box that says tour information. Not all of these tours will be available on every cruise, but at least you get an idea of what is offered.
