bluecruisin Posted January 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2018 Can someone tell me if they have it on this hip? Also any certain night and current cost per person? Thanks!
Clarea Posted January 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2018 If it will be held on your cruise, it will be listed in your Cruise Planner on Royal's website. Last time I saw it reported, it was in the $75 range.

gaunerdog Posted January 25, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2018 Yes, it is on the Serenade. We have it booked on our upcoming Jan 15th cruise at the cost of $79.00 per person. Can you provide any information, i.e., location, quality of theater performance, and sample menu? We are scheduled on 4/9 cruise.:wine-glass:
AllmanJoy89 Posted January 31, 2018 #5 Share Posted January 31, 2018 The Mystery Dinner Theater was held in Giovanni's Italian Restaurant. There were 4 long tables set up with approximately 20 people at each table. The tables were designated as teams for the purpose of trying to figure out "who done it". I don't want to give anything else away and spoil all the fun. As for the food, everyone was served an Antipasti plate, followed by a choice of 1 of 3 appetitizers: Soup of the Day, Mozzarella & Tomato Salad or a Beef Carppaccio. Then there was a choice of 1 of 3 entrees: Gnocchi Gorgonzolla, Filet Mignon with roasted garlic mashed potato puree or Grilled Prawns with cherry tomatoes and garlic butter potato puree. For dessert a choice of 1 of 3: Tiramisu, Torta di Chocolate or Ice cream & sorbet. The food was excellent and the event was very entertaining. We had a great time. George C Posted January 31, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 31, 2018 We did this on another ship only because it was highly discounted paid about 50 , agree food was good, very corny show but fun .
luvscruising2007 Posted January 31, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Let me clarify "theater performance" That it is not. It the singers/dancers who present the show. It is campy and fun. This would remind you of "How to Host a Murder" dinner party. I think we paid $65 per person in 2016 on Serenade.
