Tampa Westshore Hotel w/local shuttle

A few years ago we stayed at Sheraton Suites on Cypress, but I see that it is now a 4 Points by Sheraton. One thing we liked about this hotel was the free local shuttle to the mall, but it seems it no longer provides this service. Are there any hotels that offer free shuttles to the airport and the mall, or that are an easy/safe walk to the mall?
