Anyone have Indy (or General RCL) First Timer Tips & Tricks?

This is our first RCL cruise, and first cruise ever for our 7 and 10 year old kids.

 

What advice would you give a new-to-RCL or new to this ship cruiser? Anything you wish you'd known ahead of time? What do you wish someone had told you before your first RCL cruise?

Thank you! That is a great tip, my Florida kids wear shorts even when it's 30 degrees out, so I probably wouldn't have packed long pants for this trip! :D

Grease was fantastic.

Closed toe shoes needed for rock climbing.

Sign the kids up for kids club but keep in mind they charge late at night.

I have a Pro/Con report (in my signature), comparing RCI and Carnival. So it would give you some idea as to the things we enjoyed, or didn't, on RCI. We did the shows, our son did their teen camp thing, whatever it was called. And we did a European cruise, so some of the things we did might be different if you're going on a Caribbean one.
