We booked with myfriendmario on 12/6. It was a WONDERFUL excursion and maybe my favorite of all time. We went to the Chargres River and the Embera Indian village.

 

1st we took a ride to the river we boarded a motorized canoe and he took us down the Chargres River, we stopped at this side stream where we got out and did a 5 minute hike to the gorgeous Waterfall where we got to swim. We had so much fun. I have pictures of me sitting in the falls. After that we got back in the canoe and went to the Embera Indian Village and learned about their culture. The made us lunch, which was very good. We watched them do some of their native dances and shopped in their hand made goods. We then got back in the canoe and went back to the van. We drove back to Colon. Mario had a special suprise for us (very nice!). We were back with more than an hour to spare. I would recommend this tour highly!!! It was AMAZING!!!!

Did you have to send him a cash deposit?

I am hoping to do the same tour in february, It sounds wonderful!

No it was just me and my husband and he did not require a deposit, there was a total of 6 people on the tour including us.
