AdamKnows Posted January 2, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2018 The only thing better than Royal Caribbean's website is their customer service. I attempted to print my luggage tags this evening and they are showing a random cabin on deck 6 instead of my cabin on deck 10. I called and had to explain my issue twice because customer support wasn't listening the first time. He said he fixed the issue and quickly left the call. Can anyone guess what happened when I tried to print them off an hour later? Yup, still reflected the incorrect cabin number. I called back again and the 2nd guy seemed to know what he was doing. He said he fixed the issue and the correct cabin should be reflected in 24 hours. Any bets on if my issue will be resolved? This I normally wouldn't post this but this is after an error on my Cyber Monday OBC and several calls to get it fixed. Royal Caribbean needs to remember that vacations are supposed to be relaxing. It shouldn't be so difficult to do business with them.
Clarea Posted January 2, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 2, 2018 Sounds like the second rep requested that your cruise docs be re-issued. That takes up to 24 hours. Give it another shot later tomorrow or the next day.
AdamKnows Posted January 3, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted January 3, 2018 I logged in this morning and my cabin is now updated on my luggage tags. Hopefully this is the last time I have to call RCCL for anything.
