8 day Eastern menus

Heyyyy, Happy New Year! We are on an 8-day Eastern itin on the Vista. Im looking for the menus so I can decide what night or nights to do specialty. Our itin is Gran Turk, San Juan, St Kitts and St Maarten. Ive looked around but havent found anything recent. If someone does, i appreciate it. If not, I'll give it a good solid effort to post mine when we get back. Ok bye

I cruised a 8 dayer on Vista in November.... I don't have copies of menu's however I can report all the meals were very good. If I recall my favorite meals were the first couple days and last couple days...Not saying the middle days were bad...just the menu items seemed normal and nothing fancy. So I would book specialty dinners in day 3-5 area
