Equinox debarkation in Miami? Shows arrival at 7am?

So all the paperwork and online show us getting back to Miami at 7am (If everything goes smooth). So what time do they start allowing us off if we don't carry our own bags? 8-8:30?

Never been on a ship that arrived back at 7, always had 8am arrivals an we have usually been getting off roughly 9-9:30.

  • 2 months later...

We just disembarked today - our #11 bag tags were scheduled to be called around 7:50...they were called at 7:15...by the time we finished breakfast I felt the announcer was all BUT begging people to disembark. We left breakfast about 7:50 (at this point they were calling bag tags in the 20’s) and we were checking in MIA airport before 9:00...the longest wait was trying to get our luggage off the carousel. Just as warning, the taxi line was SUPER long so we went with an independent shuttle for $10/person...same company that I think we used at the curb last year

How was the weather? Never cruised in Jan

Thanks

The weather in Florida is generally cooler - might be anywhere from upper 60's to low 80's (probably 70's). Weather in the Caribbean is pretty much the same all year round - just a little less warm and humid in January than in, say, March, but always warm enough for the beach.

They get there early so you may be in the street by 715-730
