When have you gotten your pre-cruise packet?

Greetings, fellow cruisers.

We sail on the CB 1/28/06. In recent weeks, passengers on our roll call have been receiving their pre-cruise packets. Having cruised with Princess four times, we expected that ours would have arrived by now, as well. We booked the cruise through Princess, so the documents come directly to us.

 

DH called Princess yesterday. Records indicate that our pre-cruise packet was mailed in November. Obviously, it must have been lost in the mail. Our correct address was confirmed, and another packet will be sent right away. We hope our actual cruise documents don't disappear!

 

What is the earliest/latest that you've received your pre-cruise packet?

Hi Chris, we sail Feb 6/06 and received our's about 2 weeks ago. Hopefully your replacement docs arrive soon!! I know how excited I was to get our's:) Think it took about 2 weeks to get to us after they sent it.

We are sailing the Star 1-15. We used a TA and got our pre-cruise docs around 4 days after final payment directly from Princess and our final docs from our TA about 30 minutes ago:D :D

HI, did you book your cruise through a TA or directly through Princess, if it is a TA , then call them , it is probably sitting on their desk :(. Good Luck.

I mentioned in my OP that "we booked the cruise through Princess," so any correspondence regarding our cruise comes directly to us. If the packet doesn't come in the mail today, I will call our local Post Office and report the missing package.
