When we booked we received various promo's (speciality dining package, ultimate beverage package, bottled water, prepaid service charges) and these are correctly shown as add-ons on our confirmation email. However, when logging into my account on the NCL website, under holiday summary, only the speciality dining package is showing and none of the other benefits. Is this the same for everybody else or is this something I need to be taking up with NCL? Don't want any problems when boarding. Thanks in advance for any help. Many amenities are not displayed there, but if you have other documentation for these, there is typically no need for concern. The most complete listing can be found in your Amenities Confirmation, so if you don't already have this, ask NCL for it. And anytime you add or change anything in your booking, ask for it again, to make sure that nothing has mysteriously disappeared. If I thought there was any chance that enough people calling NCL would eventually encourage them to make improvements to the Vacation Summary (Holiday Summary), I would encourage you to call.
