Sapphire Princess B750 or B751 balconies

Hello,

Considering a Norway cruise on this ship in summer 2019. I saw some 2012 photos of the Grand Suite B750 and Owner's B751. It looks like the roof over the balcony stops a few of feet short of the railing all the way across. Is this still the case? This is a concern to me if it's rainy. Also, does that mean people on the deck above can look down on our balcony? I see on the deck plan that the Aloha deck terrace pool and a few rooms are directly above. Will the Terrace pool equal noise in the deck 11 aft rooms?

Also, how do you like dining on this ship? Is there a covered pool that families with little kids can go in? My son will be 9 by then. Does this ship have other activities for kids, outside of the kids club (which we won't use), that we can enjoy together? Thanks!!
