Passenger death on Carnival Elation

She was in a balcony on Deck 14, the Grand Deck and domestic dispute and alcohol involved. She was "helped" over the rail and landed on the Deck 11 Veranda. When we arrived we had to wait for Bahama police and FBI. I saw a gentleman with a jacket over his head and handcuffs leaving the ship. The rest of the trip the cabin was sealed.

They did add balconies, but jordanaire is right, lifeboats are up top.

Deck 14 forward balconies overlook lifeboats on 12 but space between them and deck 11 below.

I had heard she was thrown over by her husband. It was captured on the ships camera's. I heard this while I was on the Vista this past week. Anyone know if this is true?

It is surprising no names of the deceased, or the man have been provided.

A school teacher at our local school was on this cruise and she said the husband/boyfriend was arrested because security camera's caught the man on video tossing her over the railing.

So no accident, but murder? Yikes!

This story made the TV news tonight. Apparently the couple was arguing beforehand and they have a video of the crime.
