They are trying out a new app, only works on a few ships. I concierge is the main app for now.

any update on this?Boarding Bliss in less than 2 weeks and can't find any info on if the new app is working.

I just downloaded the new app (Cruise Norwegian) and it seems to be working fine. We're on the Bliss for the 10-05 Cruise and we can already make dinner reservations. :)

Just looked at the new app and it says "Now Available for Norwegian Bliss and Norwegian Sky"

The new Norwegian App only works on the Bliss and the Sky.

 

We were on the Bliss in June using the new app.

 

Both the old iConcerge App and the new Norwegian app are crap. They are poorly designed. And their their advertised functions don't work work well (if at all).

 

We cruise 4-6 times a year (mostly on NCL) and have never got good performance out of NCL onboard apps.

 

So,,,, let me correct myself. The App is really a dumb user interface. It is really the back-end server that does not provide the app with usable data to display. The app's back-end server must be written by the same group that writes NCL's web site. A decade out of date and impossible to get usable information from.

I’m looking for the app that lets you book activities on board ,let you check your account etc the other Ncl app is Just like the desk top site , no use to me for what I need it for . TIA
